- Prof. Basmah Issa Al-Saleem is an accomplished educator and leader in the field of Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). As the current president of New York World Professional University, she brings decades of expertise in academic innovation and educational leadership. She holds a PhD in English Curriculum and Instruction from Yarmouk University, complemented by advanced certifications in leadership, teaching,translation and curriculum design from prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and the University of Oregon in The USA.
- Prof. Basmah is also the founder and general manager of eTurn Academic Training, where she has pioneered innovative teacher training programs like TASOL programs . With over 25 years of experience in both academia and training, she has made significant contributions to enhancing educational practices across Jordan & America and internationally. Her work includes publications in leading academic journals and the development of for ward-thinking curricula that integrate technology and modern teaching methodologies.
